Young Peoples Integrated Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Service

The service will provide an integrated holistic wellbeing offer of advice and support for young people specialising in issues of substance use, sexual health and relationships. The service will also provide, where necessary, access to clinical sexual health services for young people via an external clinical provider as well as specialist substance misuse treatment from within this service. Core elements of the service will include: * a tier 2 offer via short term focussed key working * a tier 3 offer via committed goal-oriented care plans reportable to NDTMS * access to clinical sexual health services via external clinical providers, as well as specialist substance misuse treatment from within this service. * wider training support to linked professionals * engagement activities with YP and linked professionals * stop smoking support * virtual on-line safety and risk awareness support for young people * a peer mentoring programme
