## Summary

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) has initiated a complete tender process for the "Unified Communications Solutions Framework," aiming to establish a single provider framework for telephony infrastructure, including three lots: Telephony Infrastructure (traditional and SIP based), Mobile Voice & Data provision, and a Contact Centre platform. The procurement process follows an open procedure and the framework is intended for use by NCC and other contracting authorities in England and Wales. The deadline for bid submissions was set for 3rd May 2022, with the tender being classified under the CPV code 72000000, which includes IT services related to consulting, software development, and support.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services, telecommunications, or software development, particularly those capable of supplying integrated solutions across all three lots. Suppliers well-versed in traditional and SIP-based telephony solutions, mobile communications, and contact centre technologies will be particularly well-suited to compete. Additionally, businesses may consider collaborating with other specialists through subcontracting arrangements, as the NCC encourages partnerships to fulfil the comprehensive service requirements stated in the tender.
