The Service required is an onsite security presence and includes; *Out of hours security service 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year *Maintaining security of the campus site and buildings, including responding to alarm activations *Site patrols *CCTV monitoring *Key holding *Access barrier and intercom monitoring *Assisting with access and security for evening events

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Security services to cover the whole of the Client's campus. The services are required generally between the hours of 17.00 and 08.00, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. The contract will be for an initial duration of three years with the options to extend for a further two year subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the Client. The full scope of services is included in the procurement documents.

Options: There is an option to extend the contract for a period of two years subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the client.
