El Contrato tiene como objeto regular los terminos y condiciones del acuerdo marco en virtud del cual el adjudicatario dara soporte al Departamento de Informatica de British Council School y tambien del Teaching Centre que opera en las mismas instalaciones en horario extraescolar.Dentro de dicho soporte se debera distinguir entre la prestacion de (i) "servicios recurrentes" que incluyen todo tipo de tareas de asesoramiento, apoyo, mantenimiento, revision y actualizacion del hardware y el software incluyendo los equipos y aplicaciones que esten en funcionamiento en cada momento y que se realizaran de forma regular y (ii) "servicios puntuales de instalacion de nuevos sistemas y equipos" que, con motivo de ampliacion, sustitucion o modificacion del equipo, sea necesario llevar a cabo, y que normalmente estaran asociadas a la realizacion de obras construccion, de mejora o ampliacion del Colegio (en adelante conjuntamente denominados "los Servicios").

Renewal: El contrato esta sujeto a ampliacion de 1+1.
