### Lot Information

Lot 1

The SPS intends to contract with a service provider (on a long term basis) to install a cloud based telephony service into every SPS Establishment. The centrally controlled system will allow users to make secure telephone calls from the privacy of their own accommodation. In addition, the service provider will provide a system which meet the SPS specific functional requirements. This will include a secure login facility, the ability to only make outbound calls, call costing, charging and accounting for billing purposes, call logging, etc. For more information please contact the SPS directly.
