Lot 1

Wiltshire Council have a requirement for services in respect of an upgrade programme of the Audio Visual technology and streaming and recording solutions with the Council Chamber that support WC democratic meetings and events. The scope of this programme includes the replacement of technology, plus the provision of technology to be used in remote locations such as village halls and community centres, along with streaming and recording technology covering all locations. The programme covers the removal and disposal of old technology, the supply, installation and configuration of new technology, the on-going support and maintenance of this new technology, plus the provision and support of streaming and recording services. Site visits were available on request on 23rd November 2021. Details of how to book a place on this date for a site visit were included within the tender documentation.

Options: This contract shall include an option to deliver services to The Kennet Room at Wiltshire Council offices. The decision as to whether to utilise this option shall lay solely with Wiltshire Council. Information on this requirement can be found within the tender documentation found at the link stated above. This contract is to be let for a term of 60 months (5 years) with the option to extend for any period up to 5 years. The total 5 year (60 months) extension term may be made of one or more time periods of 12 months each, not exceeding a combined total of 5 years (60 months).
