## Notice

The purpose of this procurement is to establish an over-arching framework contract that will allow contracts to be let and contractor(s) appointed to: (i) undertake replacement of the kitchen and bathroom elements of domestic and non-domestic properties; and (ii) to design kitchens with preparation of kitchen layout drawings to be submitted for approval of the Contract Administrator - drawings to be provided utilising computer aided design software; and(iii) undertake sundry related tasks.
