The Council is seeking to establish a contract with one service provider which covers on and off-street parking enforcement for Adur District and Worthing Borough.

Renewal: The duration of the Contract shall be for an initial period of 60 months. The option shall also exist to extend the Contract for up to another further 24 month period, by agreement between the parties and subject to Council Authority and budget, up to a maximum contract term of 84 months.
