Our mission is to deliver value through responsible procurement. NWUPC set up and contract manage Framework Agreements in ten Category areas. Framework Agreements are established to ensure compliance with UK Procurement Regulations which cover Public Sector contracts over a certain threshold value. NWUPC is looking to create a new Framework Agreement to the Estates category for Building Maintenance and Repairs. NWUPC have published this PIN to engage with the market to gather further information and to support the strategy of this new agreement.
