### Lot Information

Lot 1

To provide a Grounds Maintenance Service to deliver the following: Management and maintenance of all aspects of the Grounds and Gardens Maintenance of external equipment. The Grounds and Gardens Maintenance Service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per year from the 3rd February 2022 to 31st January 2023, with an opportunity for the Trust to extend for a further year. The Grounds and Gardens Maintenance Service applies to all external areas of the Sites.
