Network Rail has completed a competitive procurement process and awarded a 2-stage target cost contract which involves successful completion of Stage 1 deliverables including remaining within Network Rail's Cost Plan. Stage 2 implementation works & value is retained as employer's option.

Options: Network Rail retains the right to hold Stage 2 construction (implementation) as an employer's option as further detailed in the procurement documents.

Renewal: Network Rail may instruct Stage 2 implementation works upon successful completion of Stage 1 deliverables.
