In some cases, Schemes may be available for rent only. To assist with the allocation of rental and shared ownership properties, Housing 21 have a dedicated on-site marketing presence on all its new developments. Housing 21 are looking to appoint Suppliers to a Framework who can design and fit out the marketing suites (show apartment and sales offices) within the budget set by Housing 21.
