Lot 1

Delivery partner to design, implement and support an integrated Finance, Commercial and HR solution for NI Water. NI Water wishes to run a single procurement process seeking System Implementation partner (SI) led proposals whereby SI and cloud solution provider will be procured together as a holistic implementation, solution and support offering. Additional information: NI Water is awarding this contract to Fujitsu Ltd. The contract has a maximum value of PS13.5m, the anticipated contract value is between PS11m - PS13.5m. NI Water will also be awarding a separate contract to Oracle Corporation Ltd at a maximum value of PS12m. the anticipated value is between PS10m -PS12m.. The award will be notified by a separate award notice.

Options: Initial contract term is 5 years. The Implementation and Support service tower may be extended by 1+1 years. The SaaS service tower may be extended by 5 + 5 years

Renewal: The contract is initially for 5 years. The implementation and support tower may be extended by 1 +1 years. The SaaS tower may be extended by 5+5 years. Assuming a contract award in August 2021, the Implementation and Support tower will be potentially renewed in 2027 with a similar renewal date for the SaaS service tower.
