## Notice

Lot 1

The procurement comprises 3 contracts in a single Lot due to the aim to provide an integrated service: - 1:1 Care and Support services (individual care packages) - Night Care and Support services (block contract) - Core Care and Support Services (24 hr presence on site) The service provider will need to be registered with CQC and able to deliver both personal care and enabling support services. They will also need to work closely with the landlord Exeter City Council to deliver a seamless service, through a jointly funded Scheme Manager post.

Renewal: The following contracts will be let for an initial period of 5 years with a renewal period of up to a further 5 years (10 in total) - 1:1 Care and Support - Night Care and Support The following contract will be let for a period of 30 years with no renewal period: - Core Care and Support Services
