## Notice

The requirement is for a Contract for the Provision of a Vehicle Recovery Scheme. The Contract is divided into the following two (2) lots; Lot 1 - Recovery of Light Vehicles Lot 2 - Recovery of Heavy Vehicles It is anticipated that a number of Contractors shall be appointed to, and assigned to, specific areas for the purpose of operating a Vehicle Recovery Scheme. For the avoidance of doubt the allocation of recovery operators to specified areas shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority, based on the geography and the location of the Tenderers premises and or accessibility to arterial routes.

Renewal: The Authority may extend the Initial Contract Period for 2 (two) further periods each of up to 12 (twelve) months on giving written notice to the Contractor not less than 3 (three) Months prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period.
