Ongo Homes Ltd is wholly owned by Ongo Partnership Limited. Ongo Homes Ltd is a charitable Community Benefit Society registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (Registered No 7639).

### Lot Information

Drainage Services

Ongo Homes (OH) has a requirement to undertake Drainage Services to domestic and small to medium sized commercial properties. These properties could be tenanted or void as well as communal areas and within estates. The services required includes includes drain clearances, rodding of drains, jetting and CCTV surveys. An annual service for of the drains is also required at 117 sites. Full specifications are included within the tender documents. This Lot will be awarded to a maximum of three suppliers. Additional information: The estimated spend is PS130,000 per annum over the initial 24 month framework or a maximum of PS520,000 including the optional extension periods.

Options: The Contracting Authority has an option to extend the duration of the framework agreement by two further 12 month periods in accordance with the terms set out in the framework agreement.

Drainage Works

Ongo Homes (OH) has a requirement to undertake Drainage Works to domestic and small to medium sized commercial properties. These properties could be tenanted or void as well as communal areas and within estates. The services required includes includes drain clearances amd remedial works including structural repairs and groundworks. Full specifications are included within the tender documents. This Lot will be awarded to a maximum of three suppliers. Additional information: The estimated spend is PS120,000 per annum over the initial 24 month framework or a maximum of PS480,000 including the optional extension periods.

Additional information: The estimated spend is PS150,000 per annum over the initial 24 month framework or a maximum of PS6000,000 including the optional extension periods.
