Lot 1

Belfast City Council is awarding a contract in relation to a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement to provide external support services for the delivery of the Renewed Ambition Programme. Services will include, but are not limited to: * Partnership relationship management * International event management * International marketing and communications including PR and advocacy * Securing corporate sponsorship. The Framework Agreement will be needs led.

Options: Optional services may be required throughout the duration of this Framework Agreement, including the use of the Framework by different Departments within the Council. Any optional service will be allocated by the Council based on: I. A clear identification of additional needs II. Subject to satisfactory budget approval and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement shall be for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for two further periods of twelve months.
