This is a large project across a busy town centre and multiple spaces and restricted streets that include; Scarva Street; Scarva St/Commercial St Junction; Newry Street; Bridge Street; Linenhall Street; Victoria Street; Downshire Link; Downshire Bridge; and Bann Bridge. The project requires high quality measures that will improve the sense of arrival for visitors, improve connectivity between the main streets and car parks and create attractive civic space within the heart of the town, the enhancement of the bridge over the River Bann and Downshire Bridge (known as The Cut), and the delivery of a public realm scheme for a series of linkages.
