The general principle for the operation of the framework contract is that orders will go to the highest scoring supplier on the framework offering the best pricing terms for the combination of goods and services that the Library requires. However, if this is not possible, orders or groups of orders can be allocated to other suppliers on the framework at the sole discretion of the British Library. The business covers French - speaking countries to supply approximately 2500 monographs, with an estimated value of PS70000 per annum and approximately 250 standing order series with an estimated value of PS18000 per annum.
