Suppliers should not rely on any indicative expenditure or volume levels stated as a commitment of the total value of orders that will be placed by Broadacres under the proposed Framework. Broadacres offers no guarantee to potential suppliers on the value of orders that will be commissioned during the period of the Framework. Suppliers are advised that it is Broadacres' view that the terms of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 as amended will apply to existing workforce employed by incumbent contractor in relation to the services to be performed by the successful Supplier(s).
