## Summary

The Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) is initiating the Upcycle Your Waste Pilot Programme, aimed at enhancing refuse recycling services. This project is currently in the planning stage, with a Soft Market Testing exercise scheduled for 18 January 2022, from 10:00 to 12:00. Organisations interested in attending must register by 14 January 2022. The upcoming tender will establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for managing various waste streams and will formally be announced on 28 January 2022. The initiative is located in Norwich, UK, and supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in upcycling waste materials to reduce environmental impact.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the waste management, recycling, and upcycling sectors to expand their operations and engage with SMEs generating waste. Companies focusing on refuse recycling services, as well as those involved in the production of materials suitable for upcycling, may find this programme especially beneficial. Participation in the forthcoming Soft Market Test can provide invaluable insights and pave the way for future collaboration within the Dynamic Purchasing System, fostering innovation and economic growth.
