SMEs are particularly well-suited for this tender, especially those experienced in providing care services to children with disabilities. Service providers who successfully meet the quality criteria outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents will be placed on an approved list, ensuring a steady stream of work as needs arise. The framework's reopen allows both new businesses to join and existing ones to adjust their pricing, enhancing competition and guaranteeing diverse service offerings. Engaging in this framework can help businesses expand their portfolio in the public sector and establish a foothold within the regional care services market.
