The new service will support children and young people with a: * Team around the Family assessment, including NEET young people * Child in Need plan * Child Protection Plan, and * who are Looked After. and who do not meet the threshold for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The Service will provide consultation, assessment; short to medium term evidenced based interventions and referral / access to appropriate level of services, where assessment indicates longer term or more complex needs are required.
