## Notice

The contract duration is four years with options to extend by another four years (1+1+1+1 years)

### Lot Information

Lot 1: Northwest

The delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Bethnal Green, Weavers, Spitalfields and Banglatown

Options: Bidders can apply to all four Lots but can only be awarded a slot on a maximum of two Lots.

Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter

Lot 2: Southwest

The delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Whitechapel, Wapping and Shadwell

Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter

Lot 3: Northeast

The delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Mile End, Bow and Bromley

Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter

Lot 4: Southeast

The delivery of Domiciliary and Personal Care (Homecare Services) in the following areas of Tower Hamlets: Limehouse, Poplar, Blackwall and Isle of Dogs.

Renewal: Initial Contract period is 60 months with a maximum of four additional 12 month extensions thereafter
