Renewal: The Term Contract for the annual Domestic Gas Boiler Safety, Servicing and Reactive Repairs to domestic gas installations will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at Castlehill Housing Association's discretion to a maximum of 5 years.
