## Summary

The NHS Leeds CCG, on behalf of itself and Bradford District and Craven CCG, has completed the procurement process for a "Special Allocation (Safe Haven) Service", aimed at providing essential primary medical services to patients removed from practice lists due to violence threats. This contract, valued at £162,000, is classified under medical practice and related services and is based in Leeds and Bradford. The procurement method employed was limited, where no prior call for competition was published due to an unsuccessful earlier attempt to identify suitable bidders. The contract was signed on 17th December 2021, signalling the start of this critical healthcare service.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses in the healthcare sector, particularly those offering innovative medical services and support for vulnerable patients. Companies that specialise in health service delivery, especially those with experience in managing complex patient needs and addressing health inequalities, may find this tender aligns well with their capabilities. As the contract prioritises flexibility in service delivery and the establishment of sustainable healthcare solutions, businesses that demonstrate adaptability and collaborative approaches with partners in both primary and secondary care are encouraged to participate.
