i. the installation of a 3G all-weather pitch and a three-quarter grass pitch at the Morgan Road site; ii. the construction of changing rooms at the Morgan Road site; iii. ancillary access and parking facilities at the Morgan Road site ; iv. the construction of an indoor sports centre at the Erleigh Road site the above to replace sports facilities lost following sale of land, v. associated planning consultancy, project management and procurement of design, engineering and other ancillary professional services relating to the above works.

### Procurement Information

The contract to be entered into by the awarding body is for the sale of land for development purposes and the procurement of the contract for works and services which forms the subject matter of this notice and which are to be required as a necessary consequence of the disposal of the land to the purchaser. The proposed cost of works and services has been reviewed and estimated at less than the financial threshold (PS4,733,252), above which it is necessary to publish a call for competition as applicable, in accordance with Regulation 6(7), when the School as contracting authority commenced the procurement procedure. As such, the awarding body does not consider the contract to be subject to the Regulations.
