## Summary

The Ministry of Justice is initiating a procurement process for the "Provision of Tier 3 Community Accommodation Services: Prior Information Notice." This planned tender aims to expand services across six new regions in the UK, including London and the East Midlands, targeting the accommodation needs of prison leavers who are at risk of homelessness. The procurement is in the planning stage, with a total estimated value of £142,560,000. Interested parties should note the deadline for event registrations to gain more insight into the requirements is 17th January 2022, with online engagement events scheduled from 19th to 27th January 2022.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses operating in the social services sector, particularly those specialising in accommodation and support services. Companies that provide community services, social work, or housing support would be well-placed to compete for this contract. The procurement will not only allow these businesses to expand their service offerings but also to engage with the Ministry of Justice in shaping their service delivery model, thereby contributing to the rehabilitation and reintegration of prison leavers into society.
