## Summary

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council is currently in the process of selecting providers for "Adult Domiciliary (home-based) Care Services". This procurement falls under the social services category and aims to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will operate for five years, with a potential two-year extension. The submission deadline for applications to this DPS is set for 28 February 2027, with services being delivered to adults in their homes within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead area. Interested parties must comply with specific criteria outlined in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) documentation to be considered for this contract.

This procurement opportunity presents significant possibilities for businesses specialising in domiciliary care services, particularly those holding a Care Quality Commission rating of "Good" or "Outstanding". Companies that can offer high-quality personal care and support to adults are well-suited to compete for contracts awarded under this DPS. With the demand-led nature of these contracts, businesses capable of meeting the selection criteria will be favoured, allowing successful applicants to establish fruitful and ongoing working relationships with the authority, thus contributing to their business growth.
