## Summary

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is initiating a planned procurement process for the Sudan Independent Monitoring Programme, classified under foreign economic-aid-related services. This programme will support FCDO Sudan's efforts to enhance policy effectiveness through independent monitoring. The total budget allocation is anticipated to be £7.5 million over five years, covering the period from 2022 to 2027. An Early Market Engagement Event is scheduled for 1st February 2022, whereby interested suppliers can learn more about the project and its requirements. It is essential for potential bidders to register their interest via the FCDO Supplier Portal to receive updates and communications regarding this opportunity.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in monitoring and evaluation, particularly those with expertise in capacity building, real-time data analysis, and strategic planning in international development contexts. Companies providing consultancy, technical assistance, or those with experience in humanitarian assistance, peacebuilding, governance, and economic reform would be well-suited to compete for this contract. Engaging in this programme could enhance business visibility, enable access to a broader portfolio of projects, and foster valuable partnerships within the international development sector.
