This information gathering exercise is an opportunity for the Council to review alternative delivery models e.g. cost models where suppliers install/maintain systems, and to identify new and emerging technologies e.g. discrete systems suitable for use in historic or other sensitive locations, that reduce the aesthetic impact and do not impede pedestrian footways. These examples are not limitations to what the Council wants to know about, but to provide some base guidance.
