PCC is liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market test exercise. Any procurement of any services by PCC in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any responses provided may not be treated as commercially confidential and may be used by PCC in the final service specification used but no organisation will be individually identified. Please be aware that Peterborough City Council is subject to the disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) and that potentially any information it holds may be liable to disclosure under that FOI.
