PfH wish to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to provide lone worker solutions and associated services to its member base. This will include the provision of devices, monitoring and call centre services, consultancy and health and safety advisory services. The structure of the framework will be finalised following market engagement. Further details of the supplies and services to be procured will be set out in the Contract Notice. PfH wish to engage with the market in order to support the development of the framework strategy. This will be carried out through one to one telephone / video call discussions.
