The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with key dates including the registration deadline for suppliers interested in premarket engagement workshops by 18 February 2022. The market engagement and requirements gathering phase is scheduled from March to June 2022, followed by the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) phase from June to December 2022, ultimately leading to a contract award in January 2023.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialised in software development, particularly those offering industry-specific solutions for asset management in transportation or similar sectors. Companies with expertise in consulting, software solutions, and maintenance management systems would find this procurement particularly relevant. With the new system expected to enhance operational efficiencies and integrate with various corporate systems, businesses positioned to provide scalable, type-approved software solutions should consider entering this competitive market.
