Provision of up to 1150 rooms for Students to reside in whilst studying at the University, as a minimum providing similar standards and experience as Students living in University accommodation in terms of the: * Sense of community * Pastoral care / Wellbeing support * Security / Safety * Behaviour and discipline * Tenancy contract terms and conditions

Options: Options to extend by 3 further 1 year periods. Options will be taken up on or before 28th February 2023, 29th February 2024 and 28th February 2025 respectively.

Renewal: Expected to renew upon expiry/termination.
