## Summary

The AHDB (Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board) is seeking suppliers for the delivery of services under its Future Farming Resilience Fund (FFRF) project for 2022. This project aims to provide resilience support to farmers and land managers in England, specifically during the Agricultural Transition period from 2021 to 2027. The tender includes two lots: Lot 1 for Northern England and the Midlands, requiring a minimum of 200 Farm Business Review consultations and 40 Agri-Business Appraisals, and Lot 2 for Southern England, requiring a minimum of 800 consultations and 160 Appraisals. The procurement process is currently in the Award stage, with an active solicitation period expected to have lasting delivery from 1st March to 30th June 2022, and a total contract value of £330,000 for each lot.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for consultancy firms, especially those specialising in business analysis and agricultural support services. Companies that can provide business management consultancy and have experience in rural economies would be particularly well-suited to compete, as they will be able to conduct consultations and appraisals effectively across both regions. Given that multiple suppliers may be awarded contracts, businesses of various sizes, including SMEs and large firms, have the potential to collaborate or bid for the available lots, thereby enhancing their service offerings and expanding their reach within the agriculture sector.
