## Summary

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is planning to issue a tender for Lateral Flow Testing services to ensure the safety of its staff during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This opportunity falls under the health and social work services industry category and is set to unfold in Swansea, UK. The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with an anticipated invitation to tender expected to be published in February 2022. The selected LFT assistants will be required to commence work on 21 July 2022 and continue until 5 January 2023, with a work schedule of five days a week.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in COVID-19 testing services, particularly those that can provide Lateral Flow Testing support. Companies compliant with the minimum standards set for general population COVID-19 testing will be well-suited to compete for this contract. With the requirement for multiple assistants, this procurement could facilitate business growth for organisations looking to expand their healthcare and testing services in public sector environments.
