## Summary

The NHS Brighton and Hove Clinical Commissioning Group, along with NHS East Sussex CCG and NHS West Sussex CCG, is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for a Physical Activity Programme aimed at individuals living with and recovering from cancer. The programme will cover the regions of Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex, with a tender commencement anticipated for 1st April 2023, lasting over three years with a two-year extension option. Interested parties are invited to engage in a Request for Information (RFI) process, which closes on 7th February 2022, to provide insights that will influence the upcoming tender process and service specifications.

This procurement presents an opportunity for businesses specialising in health and wellness services, particularly those with expertise in physical activity and cancer rehabilitation. Firms that offer health training, motivational interviewing, and personalised exercise programmes could see growth by participating in this tender. Additionally, businesses with digital service capabilities are well-suited to meet the demand for online delivery options, thereby enhancing accessibility for cancer survivors. The focus on improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities in access to care highlights a significant potential for positive impact and partnership opportunities across Sussex.
