This tender opportunity by Durham County Council presents a chance for businesses in the health and social work services category to expand their clientele. Providers offering activities related to healthy meals, enriching activities, physical activity, and nutritional education are encouraged to participate. The process involves open procedures for submitting bids electronically, with a contract period from April 2022 to January 2023, extendable based on funding. Businesses capable of catering to holiday activities with a focus on health and well-being are well-suited to compete for this lucrative contract.

## Notice

Any future direct award will be subject to performance, monitoring, geographical need, activity need, and commissioner approval of the activity. The direct awards can be utilised throughout the lifetime of the Agreement. The Provider Panel Agreement provides for no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee by the Council(s) for Services from the Provider and that the Council(s) is at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other Providers for the provision of any Services.
