Lot 1

Powys Teaching Health Board require a contractor for the maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration units at PTHB, all air conditioning and refrigeration units shall be maintained as per manufactures instruction, as per F Gas regulation 517/2014. Further detail of the requirements is provided within the specification.

Renewal: Option to extend for two (2) consecutive twelve month (12) period at the discretion of the Health Board.
