## Summary

The procurement process titled "CPF1956-20 Resurfacing, Reconstruction, Patching, Recycling and High Friction Surfacing (HFS) Framework 2022 – 2026" is conducted by Devon County Council based in Exeter, United Kingdom. This open procurement, classified under the CPV code for construction works related to highways, is currently at the Award stage. The framework consists of three lots, with each focusing on different aspects of surface works. The submission period for tenders has recently seen a date adjustment, with the deadline now set for 23rd March 2022, providing ample time for potential contractors to prepare their submissions.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the construction and civil engineering sector, especially those specialising in roadworks, resurfacing, and sustainable materials. Companies that excel in quality works, as highlighted by the awarded criteria of 60% quality and 40% price for certain lots, will find this especially advantageous. Large firms as well as small and medium enterprises (SMEs) engaged in construction, recycling materials, or high friction surfacing, are well-placed to compete and secure valuable contracts that could contribute to significant business growth over the framework period lasting until 2026.
