This tender, which is currently at the planning stage, aims to appoint up to five contractors to design and create new workspace environments in Inner London. Key upcoming events include a presentation scheduled for 21st February 2022 to discuss the framework details with potential suppliers, while a future notice is expected to be issued by 7th March 2022. The anticipated budget for the works is £350,000, with a specific allocation of £130,000 for enhancements planned for January/February 2023.

This procurement opportunity can significantly benefit businesses specialising in office design and construction, interior design, HVAC, CAD, and project management services. Companies capable of providing a wide range of services, including electrical work, data cabling, and interior renovations, will find this tender particularly helpful for expanding their portfolios. The opportunity to collaborate with FSCS and contribute to innovative workspace designs presents a unique chance for these businesses to enhance their market presence and establish a long-term relationship with a public sector body.

## Notice

*** This is a Prior Information Notice and not a call for competition**** During the global pandemic FSCS further enhanced its smarter working office working environment which included extending collaboration spaces and introducing additional hybrid meeting technology. It has become clear that to effectively manage our office environment we will be required to monitor office occupancy during the short, medium, and long term. As smarter working patterns evolve, FSCS requires an office design contractor to design and create new workspaces for us. To achieve this, FSCS is planning to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint up to five (5) contractors to an office design contractor framework that will facilitate appointed firms to bid on future office design specifications created by FSCS.
