## Summary

Warwickshire County Council has initiated a public procurement process titled "Engagement and Co-production Framework", classified under the industry category of "Guidance services". Located within the boundaries of Warwickshire and Coventry, the procurement method is an open procedure. This tender is currently in the planning stage, with a total contract value of £3,000,000. The tender period ended on 24 February 2022, with contracts expected to run until 31 March 2026. The contract encompasses two distinct lots—one focusing on engagement activities and the other on training and workforce development for the council.

This procurement opportunity is well-suited for businesses specialising in engagement services, training, and workforce development, particularly those targeting health and social care sectors. Companies that can deliver tailored programmes for diverse demographics, including young people and vulnerable adults, would find this tender aligns with their capabilities. Additionally, organisations experienced in co-production models and stakeholder engagement will be well-positioned to compete for the contracts. As the council may run further competitions within this framework, there are ongoing opportunities for both new entrants and those seeking to re-apply.
