The team has direct access to clinical, welfare and safeguarding professionals alongside direct access to key workers from the voluntary sector, many of which have lived experience which enables them to build authentic relationships with young people. The team members have their own specialisms and expertise and have all been trained in specialist frameworks such as Attachment Theory; Developmental and Relational Trauma; and Attachment, Regulation and Competency. Following a successful pilot project, resources have been made available to the continuation of the Power2 Team. The service will be delivered across the city of Wolverhampton at locations that are deemed most appropriate for the delivery of the different components of the service.
