The Provision of Trust Telecommunication & Associated Infrastructure (Management and Maintenance) 1.0 Scope of Services 1.1 This specification consists of three Lots. The Asset Register and Helpdesk requirements apply to all Lots. The Three Lots are: 1.2 Lot 1: Telecommunications Systems Support: * Telecoms system support * Telecoms Network 1.3 Lot 2: Desktop telecommunications equipment * Soft phones * Network management system * Audio conferencing * Video conferencing * Telephony lines * Call logger * Voice recording system. 1.4 Lot 3: Wifi services * NHS Public Wifi * Audio visual equipment: C touch screens, White boards, Smart boards and Projectors * Digital signage / Notice boards 1.5 The specification should be considered in conjunction with the Site List
