This will be a framework agreement in accordance witht he specification. All ten district Councils will be able to participate in the use of the framework. Additional information: A Framework Agreement for use by the following UK public sector bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) being the ten District and Borough Councils in Hertfordshire: Broxbourne BC, Dacorum BC, East Herts DC, Hertsmere BC, North Hertfordshire DC, St Albans City and DC, Stevenage BC, Three Rivers DC, Watford BC, Welwyn Hatfield BC.
