The current agreement expires in February which will need extending for a minimum of 3 months until such time NGN's new GIS system goes live, after which this support will nolonger be required. ESRI UK is the official UK distributor of this software and NGN have chosen to work directly with ESRI rather than use a reseller to provide this support.
