The procurement method applied is an open procedure, consistent with the framework agreement provisions.

This procurement presents lucrative opportunities for businesses engaged in providing specialised consultancy services within construction, architectural, engineering, and environmental sectors. Enterprises with robust expertise and personnel equipped with the relevant industry qualifications will find this tender particularly beneficial. The framework facilitates small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and larger corporations, offering diverse lots and related consultancy services to enable businesses to enhance their operational reach and participate in public sector projects.
