## Summary

The Central Bedfordshire Council has completed the CBC-1339-DPS-SR Holiday Activities and Food Programme Dynamic Purchasing System procurement process. The procurement aimed to establish a system between the Council and approved providers for holiday activities for eligible children during school holidays, focusing on areas with high free school meal eligibility. The procurement included four lots: Youth Activities, Sports Activities, Creative Activities, and Multi-Activity Holiday Clubs. The Council procured services through a Dynamic Purchasing System split into four lots based on specific age groups and activities.

This tender opportunity offers businesses in the holiday camp services industry a chance to participate in providing activities for children aged between 5 and 16 years. Suppliers should offer varied and enriching activities such as physical, creative, and educational programs. The procurement method used was an open procedure, and the tender included evaluation criteria based on quality and price. The Central Bedfordshire Council as the buying organisation sought to create opportunities for young people through quality holiday activities provided by approved suppliers.
