This procurement will ensure the continuation of an enhanced and more resilient solution, via third party hosted solutions on an all-Wales basis and provide interfaces with the current NHS Wales third party recruitment (TRAC) and staff record systems (ESR). The procurement will also deliver the following benefits:- - Safe recruitment standards are applied for pre-employment checks. - Reduce screening times. - Standardisation of required Occupational Health modules. - Better portability of data. - Reduction of data entry for Occupational Health administrative teams.
